Companion Stairlifts wanted to engage with mobility shops to help increase leads and ultimately sales. Our integrated team created a marketing strategy to engage the resellers through an Accredited Partner Scheme.
A bespoke sales portal was designed and developed by our digital team so resellers could send sales enquiries directly to Companion’s head office, streamlining the process of sales leads and commission payments.
The portal holds all sales information and leads in a simple, easy-to-use database to ensure all sales leads are followed through. Usability was a key feature, enabling resellers to create an account, log in and pass on sales enquiries easily. This meant the implementation of the website portal was rapidly executed and quickly led to enquiries coming in.
In addition to creating the name and designing the look and feel of the Accredited Partner Scheme, Pure’s marketing team also devised a campaign to promote the web portal to the mobility shops.
An advertising campaign, email marketing, animated videos and direct mail were all designed and produced by our integrated marketing team to encourage mobility shops to register and most importantly to pass on their leads.
Creative point-of-sale was also developed by our designers and made available to all accredited partners free of charge. To encourage resellers to pass on enquiries, a promotion was put in place whereby every lead they registered on the portal entered them into a prize draw, while every 10 leads they registered would win them cinema tickets. The campaign was completely project managed and promoted by our marketing team.
