The Brief
United Living, a leading infrastructure, construction, and property services company in the UK, reached out to us with clear aims and objectives for their website redesign. The goal was to produce a website that delivered key company messaging and built the brand profile, as well as improve the overall design, performance and user experience. It was also important to United Living that their website appealed to potential new employees to help with recruitment. With a clear brief set out, we got to work.
Our Approach.
To produce a website that met all of the goals and objectives we began with extensive research. By understanding the target audience, competitors and the existing website, we were able to find opportunities for improvements. We then moved onto defining the website structure through wireframing and planning the user journey, before creating mockups of potential design layouts. Once the design had been approved, the project was handed over for browser and bug testing, as well as third-party testing. With each element ticked off, United Living was handed a new website which offers enhanced navigation and mirrors the brand as it stands today.
