The brief
Mamas and Papas approached Pure to design a series of pushchair landing pages for their website. Working alongside the internal UX and content team, the aim of the project was to replicate the in-store consultative experience of buying a pushchair, online. Parents-to-be are often flooded with information and options when buying their first pushchair, which is confusing and overwhelming. Generally, a customer service representative would help them navigate this process and choose the right pushchair for their needs, so this is what we needed to replicate online.
What we did.
The process started by working with the internal teams draft content, to wireframe basic blueprints of each template. This allowed the delivery team to look at the flow of content and make sure it replicated the educational journey of choosing a pushchair in-store. Once we were happy with the content and layout, Pure’s designers put visuals together for a pushchair landing page and a page for each of the Mamas and Papas pushchair ranges (Occarro, Airo, Strada).
The visuals were then turned into web pages by Mamas and Papas inhouse developers.
“Pure has worked with us on a couple of projects and we’ve found the team to be extremely capable and easy to work with. We thoroughly enjoyed the process and the outcome has been really well received. We very much hope to work with them again in the near future.”
