The Brief

Fikkerts is a small family-run business based in Yorkshire with a long history of manufacturing bath, body and home fragrance products in the UK. Their main business is primarily B2B, yet it was important to improve its user experience and stand out against its high-end competitors. Pure was tasked with updating the overall look of the website, providing better navigation of the site, and creating a design that was fresh and modern, reflecting the values of the brand.

Our Approach.

The project began by researching competitors and gathering elements that would work well for the website. Alongside this, a sitemap, wireframe and content was planned out with the aim to turn the previously free shopify platform into a professional site. In order to support the designers in producing a site that matched the expectations of Fikkerts, our studio team also held a content day in our in-house studio to produce a collection of elegant shots that could be utilised on site. The library of images was paired with delicate attention to detail and beautiful styling which gave Fikkerts the makeover they were looking for.

The Results.

Together with the imagery shot in-house, our designers were able to create an elegant and easy-to-use site that also hints at the future direction of the brand. The site is interactive, easy to navigate for consumers, and helps the brand find new business.
