Global lubricants company, Castrol, has chosen Leeds-based integrated marketing consultancy, Pure Agency, to develop and execute a micro marketing campaign to help raise awareness of the brand and boost sales across its customer branch network.
Pure will be responsible for recruiting two brand ambassadors as ‘Castrol Champions’ and equipping them with the right tools and training to visit a new customer branch network for Castrol. The micro marketing campaign will aim to build strong relationships with the various branches, raise awareness of Castrol and its products.
In addition to this, Pure will execute internal promotions to encourage the branch network to engage with Castrol and to ultimately help boost sales.
Pure was chosen following successful previous experience with similar campaigns for automotive clients.
Once the Castrol Champions have raised awareness amongst the branch network, phase two will be implemented to educate garages and independent workshops on Castrol and its products, using incentive-led campaigns run by Pure.
