Yorkshire-based property specialist, JMP, approached Leeds design agency, Pure, to implement an integrated marketing campaign that would not only heighten awareness of the company’s services to consumers, but also raise the profile of the brand amongst estate agents.

JMP has vast experience in buying and selling houses in Yorkshire, especially those in need of renovation. The company’s services are ideal for those that don’t think they’re getting a fair price for their property, as well as people who want a quick, easy sale.

As part of this campaign, Pure was tasked with crafting a new identity for the brand, in order to build a corporate image for JMP and, in turn, position the company as a professional, trustworthy and reputable organisation.

Utilising a traditional font in a classic colour, Pure’s design team took the JMP brand to the next level, giving it a professional and slick look, from the colour down to the simple house symbol incorporated into the ‘J’ of the brand’s logo.


Once finalised, Pure applied this new branding to all of JMP’s channels, including a new website, which was also designed and developed by Pure’s web team.

The new website showcases JMP’s full portfolio of services and information on how the company can assist both consumers and estate agents. The site also provides details on the benefits of working with JMP to sell a property, as well as customer testimonials.


Staff uniforms, van livery, hoardings, leaflets and other stationery have also been adorned with the new JMP branding, resulting in consistency across all of JMP’s communications channels.
